New way to manage slip risk

Your SlipAlert is built to last. It is designed for low maintenance. If your SlipAlert has been dropped or damaged please contact SlipAlert and we will repair it. SlipAlert comes with 1 year warranty on all parts so unless the damage is deliberate, the repair in the 1st year will be free of charge.

 

Repair (SlipAlert models from 2007 onwards)

SlipAlert is very robust. Outside of warranty repairs cost £200 + VAT + carriage. This includes a comprehensive check of your SlipAlert, the cost of any replacement parts and a calibration check. Older SlipAlert (pre-2007)

For early models (pre-2007) we offer the repair service for between £200 - £300 + VAT not including parts. Depending on the age of your SlipAlert we may suggest a new for old upgrade to the SlipAlert @ just £400 + VAT. This will ensure you have all the latest design features and improvements. The price includes parts and labour but not shipping costs.
